New collective agreements have been signed for two daughter companies

On March 27, new collective agreements for “Naftagas – Oil Services” and “Naftagas – Technical Services” were signed at the New Complex in Zrenjanin and in the Pancevo Oil Refinery. The collective agreement for “Naftagas – Oil Services” was signed by Valerij Proskurin, director of “Naftagas – Oil Services”, Goran Takić, president of the United Trade Union Organization of NIS, and Mirko Čavić, president of the Trade Union “Naftagas – Oil Services”. The collective agreement for “Naftagas – Technical Services” was signed by Sergej Udavihin, director of “Naftagas – Technical Services”, and Goran Takić, president of the United Trade Union Organization of NIS. The members of the negotiating teams pointed out that the negotiations were successful and in a constructive dialogue. Even in these difficult moments, the goal of our company as a responsible employer was to provide the best possible working conditions for employees, and special attention was paid to socially endangered categories. As an example of the harmonization of collective agreements, all employees in both subsidiaries, who have been on sick leave for more than 60 days and who suffer from serious illnesses, will be paid solidarity assistance. Also, paid leave of up to 30 working days was introduced due to the departure of the employee due to a serious illness for treatment abroad.
